What this is
Roof restoration is a high curing polymer coating applied over your existing roof. Once it cures it becomes one continuous surface across the membrane, the seams, the vents and the air conditioner curbs, so there are no open joints left for water to find.
The coating lasts up to 10 years and it is often a lot cheaper than standard roof repair, because the old membrane stays where it is instead of being torn off and replaced. Roof restoration starts at $2,500.
Your roof has to be in good shape for this to work. The membrane underneath needs to be sound, with no soft decking and no rot. If the roof is past that point, a coating is the wrong call and we will tell you so before any work is booked.
What the job covers
- Full inspection of the membrane, seams, decking feel and every roof penetration
- Cleaning and prep of the entire roof surface so the coating can bond
- Resealing around vents, skylights, antennas and air conditioner curbs
- High curing polymer coating applied seamlessly across the whole roof
- Walk through at the end so you know exactly what was done and what to watch
Signs you need this
- Chalky white residue running down the sides of the coach after rain
- Sealant along the seams and vents that has cracked, shrunk or pulled away
- Staining on the ceiling panels or a musty smell inside after a storm
- A roof that has never been coated and has spent years parked in full desert sun
- Small repairs on the roof that keep coming back in the same spots

Questions
About roof restoration
Up to 10 years. The desert is hard on everything above the waterline, so the honest answer depends on sun exposure and how the rig is stored, but this coating is built for that kind of service life.
