Estimates are based on the information provided at the time of the request. Actual repair costs may change if additional problems are discovered during diagnosis or repair. We will communicate any significant changes before proceeding whenever practical.

 

Payments

 

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept approved payment methods listed on our website.

 

Late or unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts and any lawful fees associated with collection.

 

Cancellations

 

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by contacting us as soon as possible.

 

We reserve the right to charge a service fee for missed appointments or cancellations made with insufficient notice.

 

Warranty

 

Unless otherwise stated in writing, labor performed by The Reliable RV is warranted for 90 days from the service date.

 

Manufacturer warranties apply to new parts when applicable.

 

This warranty does not cover:

 

• Customer misuse

• Accidents

• Improper maintenance

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by unrelated failures

• Customer-supplied parts unless otherwise agreed

 

Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Reliable RV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

 

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
